Internal cleaning for gas and oil pipelines for routine maintenance, removal of wax/scale/solids, pre-ILI preparation, and calibration. We use in-house manufactured consumables to optimize cost and lead times.
On-site visit, condition check, and definition of the goal: maintenance, wax/solids removal, ILI prep, or calibrations. Timeline documented with the client.
We define the line section, launcher/receiver points, flow/pressure, and acceptance criteria according to objectives (flow, residues, calibration plate).
Steel body, guide disc, 2 sealing discs, 3 spacers, and a circular brush. Average of 3 runs (or as required). Optional calibration plates or conical cups.
Reinforced version to remove wax and scale that the standard tool cannot dislodge, increasing process effectiveness.
Calibration pig to validate safe passage and detect internal deformations before the main run (ILI or tests).
All pigs carry an internal transmitter. Surface tracking with pulse receiver and seismic geophones for precise localization.
Two field crews with vehicles; each carries one receiver and one geophone. Surface checkpoints every ~2 km or per terrain.
Validated by free flow, pig condition, and removed residues. For ILI prep: ≤ 1 kg of residue and undamaged plate (≤ 92% OD).
