Site visit, condition verification and a schedule agreed with the client. Everything documented before starting.
We define AGM points and check transmitters/locators for traceability and synchronization on every run.
At least 3 runs; option for higher stiffness and a calibration plate (90% OD) to validate safe passage.
≤ 1 kg of recovered residue and plate without damage (≤ 92%). If it meets criteria, we release for inspection.
Multichannel caliper for dents/ovality and IMU (XYZ) logging for precise, reliable alignment in the field.
MFL HR, TFI, UTWM (wall thickness) and UTCD (crack detection) to characterize metal loss and defect types.
Valve sequence A/B/C, pressurization and HSE (NORM, pyrophoric dust) for controlled operation.
Download, quality control and an Express Report after the run. Final report to inform integrity decisions.
